Tragedy as engaged mum-of-three suddenly dies after waking up from nap with temperature

A 'beautiful' mum-of-three who had 'big plans' for her future including getting married tragically died suddenly after waking up from a nap 'sweating'.

Ashleigh De-Andrade, 31, had started feeling unwell after returning home from a break away with her family at a Haven holiday park. She had gone for a nap but woke up hours later with a temperature. She was rushed to hospital where she suffered several seizures and was put into an induced coma before passing away on April 26, aged just 31.

Just days before, everything was normal. The mum-of-three had taken smiling holiday snaps with her fiancé Jordan Nimmo and three sons Jacob, 12, Noah, 10, and Lewi, three and was hoping to get married next year.

It was later confirmed that Ashleigh, who was in her second year studying to become a mental health nurse, had suffered an unexpected bleed on the brain.

Speaking to the Manchester Evening News, her close friend Lauren Guest, 25, said Ashleigh was a 'beautiful person' with 'big plans for her future', including getting married to fiancé Jordan, her partner of 17 years, and finally qualifying as a mental health nurse.

"There aren't enough words to describe her as a person. She was such a beautiful person, inside and out, who would do anything for anybody," she said.

"Her family was her whole life. She always talked about Jordan and how much she loved her three boys and all her exciting plans for the future.

"Becoming a nurse meant absolutely everything to her too. She was always the one who was there for you would help us out when preparing for exams. We were due to graduate next November.
