Tottenham: Conte faces 'big decision' over £18m-rated star at Hotspur Way

Tottenham Hotspur are facing a ‘big decision’ over Oliver Skipp as head coach Antonio Conte wants to fast-track his recovery from injury, while the medical department are advising the Italian not to rush the midfielder back into action, according to journalist Pete O’Rourke.

Although Conte has been unable to call upon Skipp for some time, that has not stopped Spurs tying the £18million-rated star down to a new contract.

Skipp committed his long-term future to his boyhood club by penning a five-year deal earlier this week.

O’Rourke told GIVEMESPORT: “It’s a big decision for Conte and the medical team, what to do with Skipp.

“Conte would love to have him
