The 'filthy messages' that led to 'Outlaw' biker being stabbed by love rival

A thug who was accosted by a motorcycle gang member over "filthy messages" sent to the biker's girlfriend stabbed his love rival in the stomach. A court heard how David Tonks was left needing treatment in intensive care after Colin Agnew lashed out at him.

Furious Mr Tonks had questioned Agnew on his doorstep about the messages sent to his partner, Gillian Lloyd. The court heard Mr Tonks got Agnew's address from a man in the pub, known as 'Piston Pete'.

Agnew then stabbed him,. forcing Mr Tonks to have part of his bowel removed, the Liverpool Echo reports. At Liverpool Crown Court, the messages at the centre of the storm were read out.
