Lee McCulloch insists that both Rangers AND Celtic are going through form dips as he insisted Michael Beale must remain in post.

Rangers need to start taking maximum points domestically and go on a good run in Europe. That is what is expected when you are at that club.

"None of them hit the ground running in the league this season, have they? I just think over the course of the season you are going to have dips and maybe Celtic and Rangers are having their dip just now, but one is bigger than the other. They'll both get better.
