Stunning seven-bed Victorian villa in south Manchester house hunters are calling their 'lottery win' home

A period house in south Manchester has caught the eyes of house hunters across the UK - who have labelled it their 'lottery home'.

The Victorian villa, built in 1885, has attracted attention from Rightmove users after the property site shared the listing on social media.

The unique red-brick house sits in Chorlton, a leafy suburb to the south of M anchester city centre, and boasts seven bedrooms and five bathrooms which compliment the home's original features.

But it's not affordable for everyone, with a hefty price tag of £1,950,000. Sharing the property listing with their 321,000 Facebook followers, Rightmove wrote: "Check out this stunning Victorian red-brick villa, built in 1886! And with 7 spacious bedrooms, there’s always room for more."

Spanning 3,854 square foot and spread across four floors, the ground floor is set around a grand entrance hall. To the right is a vast kitchen and dining area with a sunroom beyond.

Estate agents Inigo who are marketing the property say: "Bespoke cabinetry has been designed and built by the Main Company; topped with veined marble, the timber cabinets are painted in a mixture of 'Sage Green' and 'French Grey' by Little Greene.

"The current owner has incorporated a large arched cooking nook, with a Range Master Aga and flanking nooks for barware and a wine fridge. In the centre, there is a timber island apt
