Stereophonics at the Principality Stadium live updates as M4 sees hour-long delays

Stereophonics are back in town with two massive shows at Cardiff's Principality Stadium, on July 11 and 12. The Kelly Jones-fronted rock band are hugely popular and the city will be packed with fans ready to flock into the venue, so the roads and public transport are expected to be busy.

We’re here to bring you all the latest updates tonight as fans get ready for the band’s gig at the Principality, including news, pictures and information about the event as well as traffic and travel updates.

Roads will close around the Stadium from 3pm until midnight and there will be a special queuing system at Cardiff Central Railway Station - more information around those will be included below.

Gates at the Principality will open at 5pm, and the band is expecting to take to the stage at around 8.15pm-8.30pm. To go straight to details about timings and what else to expect tonight, you can read our article here.

Stereophonics follow '90s indie-rocker giants, Oasis, performing two sold-out dates last week and precede Kendrick Lamar and SZA on July 19. From superstar gigs to cosy pubs, find out What’s On in Wales by signing up to our newsletter here
