Six games, overseas camp, split squad – What Leicester City plan for pre-season

Leicester City are planning an overseas training camp and six friendlies over the course of the summer as Brendan Rodgers hopes a rigorous pre-season will lead to a strong start to the new campaign.

Six friendlies in total is more than in the previous two summers, while it matches the number of games played in 2019, when City went unbeaten in pre-season heading into Rodgers’ first full campaign at the King Power Stadium.
