Ryan Kent takes on Fenerbahce as Rangers hero escalates boss feud with brutal social media move

Raging former Rangers star Ryan Kent has escalated tensions with Fenerbahce boss İsmail Kartal after being left on the fringes of the squad.

The ex-Ibrox winger made the summer switch to the Turkish giants as a free agent after being shown the door by Michael Beale but has been forced to battle for any minutes in Istanbul. Edin Dzeko and Dusan Tadic led some of the more high-profiles signings for the Super Lig side, leaving Kent without much chance of making the starting XI under Kartal.

The former Rangers man has managed just 44 minutes of league action since playing 85 minutes in the opener of the campaign - with the majority of his game time coming in the Europa Conference League. Reports had claimed the 26-year-old had been looking to impress his gaffer during the international break with several stars on national duty - having been challenged by the boss to improve.

However, the latest social media move from the wide man hint that he misfit has reached an impasse with Kartal - and appears to be hinting at a quick-fire exit. Speculation has ramped up that Kent could be on his way out of Istanbul in January either on loan or see his contract ripped up.

Eagle-eyed fans in Turkey spotted Kent has deleted all his posts about Fenerbahce on his Instagram account as well as any mention of the club. He still has snaps of his time at Rangers included on his profile. He is also no longer following the club - with the Englishman now following ZERO accounts.
