Ruben Amorim told Manuel Ugarte hidden trait as he prepares for Manchester United change
Manchester United midfielder Manuel Ugarte was praised by Uruguayan media for his involvement in their draw with Brazil.
The 23-year-old will now link up with former Sporting CP manager Ruben Amorim, whom he made 85 appearances under in Portugal's top-flight. Ugarte will be looking to hit the ground running under his former boss after a stop-start beginning to life in Manchester.
United are looking to continue their unbeaten run in the Premier League when they travel to newly-promoted Ipswich Town on Sunday. Ugarte will be hoping to dust off any fatigue from Uruguay's World Cup qualification campaign during the November internationals.

With Uruguay playing a back four, Ugarte slotted into a midfield three as an anchor alongside Tottenham's Rodrigo Bentancur and Federico Valverde of Real Madrid. Amorim is expected to play a three-man defence at United but will no doubt have been pleased to learn that Ugarte can also play a starring role in front of a traditional back four if required, dropping in to defend and then look to dictate play when in possession.
Uruguayan outlet El Observador analysed the 23-year-old's performance and despite a slow start, hailed his impact in order to earn a point. They wrote: "He started off behind and often dropped in between the defenders to widen the defensive spectrum against a Brazil that came out to attack with a very wide attacking front.
"He made a couple of wrong passes but was not intimidated. When he could play out, he spread Bruno Guimaraes with a hook and caused a foul that was a yellow card,
