Roman Reigns: WWE's plans for next title feud potentially revealed

Roman Reigns could be set to feud with one of WWE’s best wrestlers if Live Event schedules are anything to go by.

Before a feud makes its way to TV, WWE occasionally has the two wrestlers work together at non-televised shows to test out their chemistry.

So if WWE’s Live Event card from this week is anything to go by, Reigns’ next feud may have been revealed.

At Crown Jewel on November 5, Roman Reigns goes one-on-one with Logan Paul, defending his Undisputed WWE Universal Championship against the YouTuber in Saudi Arabia.

However, after he’s finished with Logan Paul, it’s been speculated that Roman could feud with AJ Styles, via WrestleTalk.

Reigns worked with the former WWE Champion at Live Events this weekend, leading some to speculate that Triple H was testing out their chemistry before bringing their feud to TV.

Fans have been calling for WWE to do more with AJ for months now, and a feud with Roman would certainly be something that they’d get excited about.

However, others are of the belief that the feud isn’t going to happen, with AJ essentially just replacing Roman for the Live Events that he’s working between now and November.

Logan won’t work the non-televised shows, and as he was partnered with AJ on TV before SummerSlam, some believe that WWE is just going to have Styles stand in for him.

However, if the matches between Roman and AJ get rave reviews from fans who attend the shows, then perhaps Triple H will take notice and book the feud on TV towards the end of 2022 and into 2023.

Roman and AJ produced gold during their feud over Reigns’ WWE title in 2016, and with the Undisputed Universal Champion having six more years to develop, their matches would likely be even better.
