Rob McElhenney to host Wrexham star Paul Mullin at his home after Manchester United injury

Wrexham co-owner Rob McElhenney has revealed the club's striker Paul Mullin will be staying at his family home as he continues his recuperation from a punctured lung.

Mullin was the Red Dragons' top goalscorer last season managing to accumulate a whopping 38 goals in the National League. The 28-year-old is expected to play another pivotal role for the North Wales club this season as they return to the Football League for the first time in 15 years.

The forward needed oxygen to help him leave the pitch and his boss Phil Parkinson made his feelings known to Bishop post-match. McElhenney also let it be known on Twitter his thoughts when he tongue-in-cheek asked Philadelphia Union II to warn their 'keeper about injuring opponents.
