Rasmus Hojlund returns as Sofyan Amrabat decision made - Manchester United predicted XI vs Crystal Palace

ManchesterUnited welcome Crystal Palace to Old Trafford for the second time in five days this weekend and Erik ten Hag is expected to return to full strength for Premier League action.

The Reds booked their place in the Carabao Cup fourth round on Tuesday evening with a 3-0 win over the Eagles. Goals from Alejandro Garnacho, Casemiro and Anthony Martial rounded off a comfortable evening for a much-changed side.

The latter's absence leaves Ten Hag with three senior left-backs who are all unavailable, and the United manager will likely keep Sofyan Amrabat in the role on Saturday. The Moroccan was excellent in his first start for the club on Tuesday, drifting into central midfield and causing plenty of problems for Roy Hodgson's side.

Diogo Dalot was also enjoying the freedom to drift into midfield against a Palace outfit who sat deep, and the Portuguese defender will almost certainly keep his place, with Aaron Wan-Bissaka unavailable through injury. Raphael Varane got 61 minutes under his belt midweek and the 30-year-old will likely start again, this time alongside Victor Lindelof and in front of Andre Onana in goal.
