Rangers vs Celtic Women LIVE as Rio Hardy returns to Gers team for derby clash

It's a massive day in the Scottish Women's Premier League as Rangers host Celtic in what's sure to be a ding-dong Derby epic.

The away fan lockout that's plagued the men's version of this fixture has seen an unfortunate spread to the SWPL, as Rangers moved to cancel away tickets bought over fears that a number of 'risk supporters' had obtained briefs for the top-of-the-table clash.

On the pitch, Celtic are looking to close the gap on their rivals, with Jo Potter's side remarkably still unbeaten through 20 games of the campaign, holding a four-point lead over today's opponents. Last season's champions Glasgow City eagerly awaiting a slip-up two points further back.

Rangers will be hoping to bounce back after slipping up against their Sky Sports Cup Final opponents Partick Thistle in a 0-0 stalemate last Sunday, before a tough run of fixtures that includes a pair of visits to Hibernian in the last league game before the split and SWF Scottish Cup Quarter-Final, as well as that showpiece against Thistle at Tynecastle on the 24th of March.

It's always entertaining when these two sides clash, with the added spice of a Celtic revenge mission after last month's last-gasp 3-2 defeat at the Excelsior Stadium against their rivals in what was manager Elena Sadiku's first game at the helm.
