Police want to speak to this man after electric bike stolen from hospital

Police have issued a picture of a man they want to speak to after a bike was stolen from a Greater Manchester hospital.

The electric bike was stolen from a bike shed at the Royal Bolton Hospital at around 4pm on Wednesday, July 19. The 'strong' lock around the bike was cut off, police said.

Officers believe the man in the picture 'may have important information that could aid enquiries'. Anyone who recognises him or who has any information about the theft is being urged to get in touch with police.

A post on the GMP Bolton West Facebook page this morning said: "#APPEAL | Officers investigating the theft of an electric bike are appealing to the public for information.

"The bike was stolen from a bike shed at Bolton Royal Hospital - having been removed when its strong bike lock was cut off - at approximately 4pm on Wednesday 19 July 2023. Officers are appealing to anyone with relevant information and are keen to speak to the man pictured as it is believed he may have important information that could aid enquiries.
