Pirates coach eyes 'attractive' football for next MTN8 meeting with Sundowns
With their arch-rivals Kaizer Chiefs drawn against high-flying AmaZulu, Orlando Pirates were handed their own tough draw against reigning champions Mamelodi Sundowns in the other MTN8 semi-final.
The draw, which took place on Monday evening, followed a weekend of quarter-final action that had goals and chaos.
Pirates coach Jose Riveiro, who guided his side to a 2-1 win over Royal AM, said he expected a tough game with two good sides on display.
"It's going to be an interesting duel. I think it's going to be an attractive match for the fans with plenty of emotions with two good teams and with a pitch full of quality players, side to side and it will probably be decided in the second game.
"It is going to be a very equal game and hopefully plenty of goals and emotions right until the end."

The coach also played down any motivation issues towards the game.
"We are very motivated to go until the end in the competition. Of course, when you are in the semi-final you cannot expect an easy opponent and we got a very good one and we will be ready to be at a good level at that time."
Pirates currently sit first on the DStv Premiership log, one point above Sundowns, having played a game extra.
Dates and times for the MTN8 semi-final legs will be confirmed at a later stage.
