Transfer insider Pete O’Rourke has all but ruled out the possibility of ES Setif gem Ahmed Kendouci joining the Gers, or their Glasgow arch-rivals, before the end of the month, despite previous reports of the club’s interest in him.

He told GIVEMESPORT: “I don’t think he’s top of their list right now. I think Celtic might be looking elsewhere for a central midfielder and I’m not expecting him to move to Ibrox or Parkhead this month.”
