MK Dons sent message by Bolton Wanderers attacker ahead of clash between play-offs hopefuls

Kieran Sadlier believes tomorrow's encounter between Bolton Wanderers and MK Dons is a 'massive game' in the race for the League One play-offs as the Whites back themselves to cause problems for their hosts.

Wanderers travel to Stadium MK tomorrow afternoon as third takes on 10th in the standings.

Ian Evatt's side sit five points from the play-offs heading into tomorrow afternoon's encounter, while the Dons are three points from the automatic promotion places.

Wanderers will be hoping to reduce their gap to the top six tomorrow with three points and Sadlier believes that home side will have to be wary of Bolton's creativity and threat in the final third.

January transfer window signing Sadlier says the Wanderers squad do look at the table as they have narrowed the deficit, but are insisting Bolton are taking their run-in to the end of the season game by game to see where they end up.

Sadlier said: “It is a massive game. They are on a really good run, like us, and have won again. They are a strong team but we back ourselves to create chances and score goals right across the team.

“Yeah, you look (at the table). But it is the old cliché about game by game. We have our own targets in the dressing room that we keep in house and just want to keep winning games to see where it takes us.

“If we perform, we know we can get points.

“They are up there, so it is just like the Oxford game, if we can take points off teams who are already in the play-offs then it is a big thing.

“They say it’s a six-pointer and we will make sure we are prepared. But it is only another game, nothing gets settled there, we just want to keep
