Mikel Arteta makes '15 players' demand ahead of Arsenal vs Man City Premier League clash

Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta has urged the Gunners supporters to get behind the team when they face Manchester City in the Premier League on Wednesday night.

The Blues travel to the Emirates Stadium looking to leapfrog their opponents in the top-flight table. Pep Guardiola's men currently sit three points behind the London outfit, albeit with Arteta's side having a game in hand. The Gunners have failed to win their last two Premier League matches - losing to Everton at Goodison Park before sharing the points with Brentford at the weekend. Moreover, it was City who came out on top when the two sides last met, with the Blues securing a 1-0 victory in the FA Cup fourth round tie last month.

Let’s enjoy a really beautiful night in a really special way."

Arteta also suggested that his team were aiming to reach the level City have hit in recent years - claiming that the London outfit are getting closer to the Blues. The former Blues coach went on to claim that it was "incredible" to work under Guardiola
