Marcus Rashford surpassed his own Manchester United challenge with goals against Leeds
Marcus Rashford has scaled dizzy new heights for Manchester United this season - in more ways than one.
Criticised for his performances last term as the team finished a dismal sixth place in the Premier League table, the Academy graduate has been a stand-out performer at Old Trafford and beyond. Rashford continues to add to his staggering goals tally and there is no sign of him stopping yet.
By scoring in back-to-back showdowns against Leeds, the revived England forward made it 21 goals for United in all competitions this campaign. He notched three more at the World Cup.

Utilising his trademark speed to score when running in behind, there have also been long-range efforts to add to the mix as well as instinctive finishes. Beyond that - and rather more surprisingly - there have also been four headed conversions along the way.
When addressing his early-season form, Rashford outlined that as one area for improvement and the 25-year-old has very much surpassed that self-set challenge. Almost half of his nine headed goals for United have been scored this term and, more impressive still, two in the last few days.
"I still feel like I can get a lot more goals from headers," declared Rashford back in November. "I just feel like if I gamble more, then I'll score more headers."
Hailing the impact made by first-team coach Benni McCarthy, who works primarily with attacking players such as himself, Rashford added: "He's definitely helped me a lot. To have attack-minded coaches within the squad is great for us forward players. Day-in, day-out we're thinking about scoring goals.
