Manchester United takeover news LIVE Sheikh Jassim camp 'believe' Ratcliffe bid has 'faltered'

If speculation is to be believed, it seems as though Sheikh Jassim may have have gained an advantage over Sir Jim Ratcliffe in the Manchester United takeover race.

Reports suggest the Qatari camp are getting the sense that they are frontrunners in the process, and that even if they fail to win, a no-sale is likelier than a Ratcliffe takeover.

Both Sheikh Jassim and Ratcliffe remain in the race. But Jacobs claims that the former's entourage believes the race will either end in a win for them or simple finance investment for the Glazers
