Manchester United handed major Casemiro and Lisandro Martinez injury boost
Casemiro and Lisandro Martinez have both returned to full Manchester United training following lengthy injury absences.
Martinez has not played since September after undergoing a second round of surgery on a recurring metatarsal issue that was first sustained in April. Casemiro has been sidelined since November 1 due to a hamstring injury. Both had been undergoing individual rehabilitation training in recent weeks but on Wednesday rejoined group training for the first time since sustaining their setbacks.
Erik ten Hag said last week that he expects the duo to return to action this month. Mason Mount, Harry Maguire and Tyrell Malacia - yet to play this season following knee surgery in the summer - are also expected to be back in time for February.

United face WIgan Athletic in the FA Cup Third Round on Monday before facing off against Tottenham in the Premier League on January 14. The Reds are set to be without Cameroonian Andre Onana and Moroccan Sofyan Amrabat for a number of weeks later this month with the duo set to take part in the Africa Cup of Nations.
Victor Lindelof is meanwhile expected to be out for a little while longer as he recovers from recent surgery on an unspecified injury. Amrabat and Luke Shaw missed the last two games with minor knocks but could make their return against Wigan next week.
