Ruben Amorim's explosive post-match comments have also sparked up plenty of debate in the media. His remarks following the draw at Elland Road have only deepened the uncertainty surrounding his working relationship with Jason Wilcox.

With January's transfer window in full swing, several players continue to be linked with a switch to Old Trafford. However, it's unclear whether any signings will be made following Amorim's remarks during his press conference on Friday.

"The transfer window is not going to change," he said. "We've no conversation to have any change in the squad. There's a process, there's an idea - that's going to continue."

Ruben Amorim’s future at Manchester United is reportedly in the balance.

That's according to the Guardian, who are reporting that Amorim’s strained relationship with the director of football, Jason Wilcox, a factor in what is viewed as an unpredictable situation at the club.
