Man had 'intense sexual relationship' with schoolgirl and met for sex 'nearly every day' after speaking on Snapchat, jury told

A man engaged in an 'intense sexual relationship' with a schoolgirl and met for sex 'nearly every day' after speaking on Snapchat, a court heard. Faisal Khan, 19, from Oldham, is accused of six counts of having sexual activity with the 14-year-old girl, and another count of supplying her with cannabis. He has pleaded not guilty to all the charges.

Jurors at Manchester Crown Court were told that the pair met up 'nearly every day' and had 'some form of sexual activity every time they met'. Prosecuting, Ben Lawrence alleged that Khan had an 'intense sexual relationship' with the girl 'which he perpetuated by supplying her with alcohol and drugs'.

After they met on Snapchat through one of the girl's friends, Mr Khan 'complimented her' and said she was 'pretty', the court heard. "Fairly swiftly they made arrangements to meet up in person," Mr Lawrence said.

He claimed Mr Khan 'did a number of things that were exciting and attractive' to the girl, including picking her up in a car and giving her cannabis, alcohol or balloons of nitrous oxide, also known as laughing gas. The pair shared more than 3,000 messages and Mr Khan 'made her feel special', the jury heard.

Mr Khan told the girl that he loved her and they shared kisses and heart emojis on Snapchat, it was said. Mr Lawrence said they would meet up 'on six out of seven days in a week', including in the afternoon after she'd returned from school.

In their messages Mr Khan allegedly suggested they could spend time in a hotel room together, and also said he would 'f*** her hard'. He would tell her to meet him in a nearby car park and was 'clearly concerned her mum would find out', the jury
