Man City player ratings vs Southampton with three 5/10s as Haaland struggles on return in dull draw

Manchester City were not good enough as they were held 0-0 at Southampton in the Premier League. Pep Guardiola's side wasted a golden opportunity to get Champions League football for next season as they failed to score on a sunny afternoon on the south coast.

Silva: Struggles more in games where City dominate and he didn't offer enough attacking threat. 5

McAtee: Saw little of the ball on the right as City targeted Southampton down the other side. Taken off at half-time. 6

De Bruyne: Couldn't find the killer ball needed to make the breakthrough despite dictating play. 5

Foden: Ca
