Manchester City drew 2-2 with Barcelona in Orlando as their pre-season tour passed the halfway point.

Following defeats to Celtic and AC Milan, Pep Guardiola's side fell behind twice against Barcelona in a Florida game delayed by 80 minutes due to bad weather. However, they bounced back on each occasion with Nico O'Reilly and Jack Grealish scoring the goals to avoid a third successive defeat in the United States.

None of those minutes have come in the advanced midfield position that he craves the most but it has to go in his favour that he's had such a quick start and is in control physically at such an early stage of the campaign.
