Man charged after alleged attack on woman and her dog

A man has been charged after reports a woman was attacked. The victim reportedly suffered a fractured jaw in the incident in Brookhouse Avenue, Peel Green, Eccles.

Greater Manchester Police said that Arron Boyle, 29, of Ellesmere Street, Eccles, has been charged with a section 20 assault in relation to the incident on March 18, 2022.

He was remanded in custody. He is due to appear today at Manchester Magistrates Court, a spokesman for GMP said.
