Maidstone United winger Christie Pattisson knows there's only one way to keep his place

Christie Pattisson is ready to rise to the challenge of nailing down a place in Maidstone’s starting XI.

Pattisson marked his return to the side with a sparkling display on the right wing against Maidenhead.

He capped an excellent day’s work by scoring the clinching third goal in a 3-2 victory as the Stones moved four points clear of the National League relegation zone.

“I think it was only right I went out there and showed everyone that I am good enough.

“I wanted to prove to everyone that I can showcase my talent and do what’s needed to stay in the team.

“I do struggle with a bit of confidence here and there but I
