M60 LIVE updates as drivers face long delays after lanes shut due to crash
Long delays remain on the M60 this afternoon after two lanes were shut due to a crash.
Drivers have been warned of delays after the collision, which happened on the clockwise carriageway at junction 13 for Worsley. There are at least 30 minute delays with congestion back to junction 9 at Trafford Park, travel services say.
Inrix has said: "Queueing traffic and two lanes closed due to recovery work and accident on M60 clockwise at J13 A572 Worsley Brow (Worsley). Congestion to J9 (Trafford Park).
"In lanes three and four (of four)."
National Highways has posted on X: "2 lanes (of 4 ) are closed on the #M60 clockwise in #GreaterManchester within J13 #Worsley. This is due a 2 car collision. National Highways traffic officers are on scene along with recovery.
"There are 30 minute delays on the approach."

Following the collision on the M60 J13 clockwise earlier this afternoon, two of four lanes were closed. The lanes have now reopened and the traffic is easing, according to Inrix.
Google Maps is showing some slow-moving traffic between J9 and J12 on the M60 clockwise, but it is clearing.
Inrix has issued an update which shares that traffic is easing in the affected areas, as the lanes have reopened following an earlier collision including two cars.
The update reads: "Traffic easing, earlier accident on M60 clockwise at J13 A572 Worsley Brow (Worsley). Previous congestion to J9 (Trafford Park).
"All lanes have been reopened."
