Lulu, 75, announces she's retiring from touring after 60-year music career
British pop legend Lulu has decided to say goodbye to touring after an amazing 60 years in the music world.
The singer, famous for her song 'Boom-Bang-a-Bang', is 75 now and will do her last tour this April. Her final show will be at the London Palladium on April 17.
Lulu shared the surprising news on Gyles Brandreth's Rosebud podcast, saying: "This is actually - I'm announcing it for the first time now - this is my farewell tour, with family, and friends."

She explained that her last tour was tough even though it went well. She felt alone and realised she wanted to work differently after turning 75, the Mirror reports. Lulu also said: "I've learned. And I've also become a slightly different person. I'm not afraid to be vulnerable."
Her 'Champagne For Lulu' tour will finish exactly 60 years after her first big song 'Shout' came out, when she was just 15.
Talking about what to expect from her final shows, Lulu hinted to Gyles: "I'm not going to tell you exactly what I'm going to do, but of course I'll have to do Boom Bang-a-Bang.
"The audience want to do it by themselves anyway. You can't not give people what they want - and more. If you've ever seen me on tour, just let me say, you won't have seen me like this."
Lulu became a star at only 15 years old with her 1964 hit single 'Shout'. Since then, she has never taken a break from her music career, even performing worldwide in her 70s.
The Scottish singer's career boasts ten top ten singles, including 'Relight My Fire' with Take That. She also sang the theme song for the 1974 James Bond movie 'The Man
