Manchester United fan Luke Littler drops retirement hint as he eyes up 10-year career

Luke Littler has suggested he may stop playing professional darts in 10 years - when he will be just 27.

Despite his young age, this teenage dart player has made quite a splash in the world of sports since he reached the final of the World Championship in January. If he continues to perform at this level, Littler is sure to have an impressive career.

The Runcorn-born Manchester United fan may even start chasing the records set by Phil Taylor, who won a record 16 world titles. But, with many years of playing ahead of him, Littler could equal or even better 'The Power's' amazing feat.

Then I’ve got trophies in boxes in drawers. So, literally, no room."

Before adding: “I’ve been playing a long time in the juniors, in the old British Darts Federation. I might just do ten or fifteen years and retire, if I’ve had enough.”
