Lucy Mecklenburgh welcomes baby girl with Ryan Thomas and shares first adorable picture

Lucy Mecklenburgh and Ryan Thomas have welcomed their second child together. The loved-up couple announced they were expecting again in November and in February they revealed they were awaiting the arrival of a baby girl.

And after a long wait for former Only Way Is Essex star Lucy who was overdue, she has safely delivered her baby girl. The proud mum, who already shares two-year-old son Roman with former Coronation Street star Ryan, shared the joyful news on Instagram.

She posted a black and white photo of their daughter wrapped in a blanket with her tiny hand. A plush bunny toy could also be seen with 'Baby Thomas' written in the ear.

Alongside the beautiful image, the 30-year-old mum-of-two simply posted a pink double heart emoji. On her Instagram Stories, Lucy shared the same sweet image, with a GIF reading: "She's here!"

And the congratulatory messages were soon flooding in. Former Love Island star Olivia Buckland, who is expecting her first child, wrote: "Congratulations Lucy." Felloe ex-TOWIE star Chloe Lewis commented: "Ohh congratulations Luc! She’s here." Samantha Faires, who recently gave birth to her third child, replied: "Aww she’s here.. congratulations."

Former EastEnders actor Dean Gaffney, who is good pals with Ryan, commented with a string of heart emojis while TV star Lisa Snowdon added: "Huge congratulations @lucymeck1 & @ryanthomas84."
