LIVE M60 updates: Huge emergency response after 'car overturns and sets on fire'

There is reportedly a huge emergency services response on the M60 this morning after a 'car overturned and set on fire'.

Multiple police, fire and ambulance vehicles have been spotted on the scene of the incident near junction 12 for the Eccles Interchange. The anticlockwise slip road is currently closed at junction 12.

It has not yet been confirmed whether anyone is seriously injured. The car has reportedly overturned onto its roof.

Eyewitnesses have reported seeing multiple police, fire and ambulance vehicles on the scene on the slip road onto the M60.

The entry slip road is shut on the M60 anticlockwise at junction 12 for the Eccles Interchange.

Emergency services remain on the scene.
