Live M4 updates as delays reported near Newport and Cardiff

Motorists face delays due to two separate incidents on the M4 this morning. There is queueing traffic on the M4 westbound in Newport due to a crash.

According to Traffic Wales the incident took place on on the westbound slip road at junction 27 for High Cross. There is slow traffic due to the crash, according to traffic monitoring service Inrix, though all lanes have re-opened and the crash has moved to the hard shoulder.
