A biker has died following a horror crash in Failsworth.
Witnesses said there was a massive emergency services response, including police and paramedics, following the serious collision involving a car and a motorbike on Partington Street at around 3:40pm.
The Manchester Evening News understands the male biker has died.
A police investigation is now underway.
A large cordon is currently in place and a police tent has been put up.

Partington Street is a long road which contains both houses and a parade of shops.
The crash is believed to have occured near to the shops.
A cordon around 150 metres long is currently in place from the junction with Ashton Road West to the junction with Wagstaff Drive.
A police tent has been erected inside.
One eyewitness said there were around 10 police cars and a police van parked on the street following the collision this afternoon.
The crash happened at around 3:40pm this afternoon.
It involved a car and a motorbike.
