Liam Kelly Rangers contract details 'emerge' as free transfer from Motherwell moves closer

Rangers have offered Liam Kelly a three-year deal to move to Ibrox, according to a report.

The former Ibrox stopper confirmed his exit from Motherwell earlier this evening before posting a classy social media farewell as he looks poised to return to the club where he started his career.
