Kwon blows St Mirren team-mates away as Celtic star delivers 'the best initiation song' EVER

Kwon is set to be a star for St Mirren on and off the pitch if the verdict from inside the dressing room is anything to go by.

Because while boss Stephen Robinson reckons his talent on the ball is going to make him a serious asset, his new teammate James Bolton still can't get over the best initiation song he's EVER seen. Kwon joined the Buddies on loan from Celtic earlier this month and it's hoped a spell out of the Parkhead limelight can help make a success of his time in Scotland after struggling to make an impact under Brendan Rodgers.

He was one of the Irishman's first signings but didn't make a competitive appearance and the first time Celtic will get to see him in domestic action could come on Saturday when Saints face Queen of the South. And if his debut goes down as well as his initiation song then he could prove an inspired signing in Paisley.

Teammate Bolton said: “The best initiation I have ever seen. The voice wasn’t great but for energy, the best I’ve ever seen. I don’t think anyone was expecting it either. I think everyone was just expecting him to sing a Korean song that nobody had heard of and it was a Korean song, but he got us going. He was class. He was crackers, but very good. He’s a really good lad and I think he will fit in.”

Boss Robinson isn't sure what the South Korean was singing but whatever it was, it went down a storm. He's also been impressed with his impact in training and reckons his character is going to be a positive for his side.

He said: “Kwon has been excellent, he has fitted in really well. He’s a character as well so we have really enjoyed him and we found out he was a good singer as well. That was entertaining. I don’t know what he sang, it was in Korean but it was better than
