Joe Hart remains best Celtic option as Arsenal gloveshare policy not the solution - Chris Sutton

Mikel Arteta might like the idea of chopping and changing goalkeepers on a weekly basis – and he admitted he’s even thought about doing it during games.

But most managers like to have a No.1 they can hang their hat on if they can help it and only switch if it’s really necessary. It can be because the regular keeper has lost form, is injured, or – like Celtic this weekend – has been sent off and is suspended. Goalkeepers are a weird bunch at the best of times but the ones in the background have to lurk around like vultures waiting for their big chance. And they need to grab it with both hands when it comes.
