Jamie Carragher let off hook for THAT Kate Abdo comment as controversy addressed live on air

Kate Abdo wasted no time addressing the awkward moment she had with Liverpool legend Jamie Carragher during their coverage of the Champions League this week.

On Tuesday, following Arsenal's victory over Porto, Carragher wore a Gunners shirt and suggested that Abdo should do the same. But she decided not to, stating that she was 'too loyal' to her team Manchester United. The former Liverpool player's joke didn't sit well when he then questioned her on it.

She introduced the team again: "Let me introduce you to the group again- Thierry Henry, the golden child who can do no wrong and always says the right thing, sets the example for the rest of us, can he be intimidating? Yes he can, but he is the big brother we all look up to and we all aspire to."

Abdo then addressed Carragher with a smile: "Then, there is the middle child, Jamie Carragher. A chip on his shoulder, capable of saying anything
