ITV I'm A Celebrity winner Sam Thompson says 'sorry' and admits 'I didn't know that' as he breaks silence after win

Sam Thompson has broken his silence in an interview with Lorraine Kelly after winning the 23rd series of I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here. The former Made In Chelsea star, who now fronts his own Hits Radio show and has his own podcast with pal Pete Wicks, was crowned King of the Jungle on Sunday night (Dec 10).

The 31-year-old became the ITV show viewers' favourite after his three-week stint in the jungle, which saw him take on tricky trials whilst entertaining his campmates with his lovable persona. Sam also struck up a special 'bromance' with former pro boxer Tony Bellew and enjoyed singing JLS hits around the campfire with singer Marvin Humes.

Sunday's final saw Sam, Tony and ex politician Nigel Farage take on their last Bushtucker trials in a bid to win their desired three-course meal. After each three finalists all won the maximum five stars, the celebs headed back to camp to enjoy their favourite food.

After Nigel ended up in third place, Sam and Tony joined hosts Ant and Dec in the studio to speak about their time in the jungle, before Sam was crowned King. Following his win, the star joined Lorraine live from Australia on Monday (Dec 11) to reflect on his journey.

But after Lorraine responded: "No it's fine, call me mate," Sam then continued: "Every time I was eating
