ITV Emmerdale fans rumble 'real' father of April Windsor's baby and it's 'not Anthony'
Emmerdale fans are convinced they've rumbled the real identity of the villager who is responsible for getting April pregnant. The ITV soap aired a special episode on Tuesday (February 4) dedicated to April's story.
Fans finally found out what happened to April Windsor after she went missing on Christmas Day. Since her disappearance, Marlon spent most days searching all over Leeds for his daughter only to be met with continuous dead ends.
Things started to look up when the police found CCTV of the teen walking through the city, but it wasn't until recently that she was found. It was revealed over the course of the episode that April fled the village after finding out she was pregnant, fearing that she would cause more disruption and upset in her family if they found out the truth.
April ended up sleeping rough after her first promise of accommodation fell through, and in an even more devastating twist she was seen having a stillbirth in the toilets of a gym that she snuck into.
Although she had bonded with other young people who had experienced the same fate, she was all alone when the stillbirth happened and viewers watched as she heartbreakingly apologised to her baby.
While various fan theories have circled over the identity of the father, the latest villain Anthony has been ruled out by some fans as "the timelines don't add up". Anthony Fox became a resident of the village in 2024 after trying to make amends with his estranged daughter Ruby.
However, Emmerdale dropped the bombshell that Anthony had repeatedly abused Ruby when she was a teenager which led to him fathering her daughter Steph. After the news travelled, Aaron Dingle threw several deadly punches towards Anthony before Ruby found him later and finished off
