ITV Emmerdale fans 'work out' soap legend's return 39 years after debut to 'take down Caleb Miligan'
Fans of Emmerdale believe that Caleb Miligan will soon be getting his comeuppance as they predict the return of a soap legend, who first set foot in the village 39 years ago.
Caleb, played by actor William Ash, has had a turbulent few weeks, following the fallout from the murder of Anthony Fox, played by Nicholas Day, who was killed by his daughter Ruby, played by Beth Cordingly.
But Aaron Dingle, played by Danny Miller, spent nearly a week believing he was the culprit after he attacked Anthony, triggered by his own history of abuse.
Upon learning the truth, Aaron, along with John, played by Oliver Farnworth, and Chas, played by Lucy Pargeter, vowed to keep the murder a secret to protect everyone involved.
This week, however, it became apparent that Caleb's loyalty to his family had waned after discovering that his brother Cain, played by Jeff Hordley, had slept with Ruby. In retaliation, Caleb planted Anthony's missing tooth in Cain's car boot in an attempt to frame him.
However, when the police searched the car, they found nothing. It transpired that Aaron had been observing Caleb and retrieved the tooth from Cain's car, later confronting Caleb for answers.
While Caleb didn't reveal Cain and Ruby's affair to Aaron, he threatened to show the police CCTV footage of Aaron leaving the house with Anthony's belongings if Aaron reported Ruby's crime, reports Leicestershire Live.
Caleb's threat was no empty promise, causing Aaron to retreat in shock. Yet, as Caleb turns on his clan, Emmerdale fans are convinced a beloved former character is set to return and bring him to heel.
On an Emmerdale Facebook fan group, one user exclaimed: "Bad move Caleb! " Within the comments, enthusiasts speculated that Aaron's ex Robert Sugden,
