Itsu has big hopes for Trafford Centre as plans for second Greater Manchester restaurant unveiled

The Asian-inspired healthy restaurant has announced plans to open a new restaurant at the Trafford Centre. The store will be itsu's third site in the north of England its second in Greater Manchester.

The food spot is set to open in Autumn 2024 on Upper Regent Crescent replacing the old Ted Baker store. The popular restaurant brand will offer itsu’s trademark fresh Asian-inspired nutritious food, which is steamed (not fried) and packed with wholegrain, fibre, protein and greens.

Popular dishes include freshly made sushi, rice and noodle bowls, steamed gyoza and bao buns. The new restaurant will include digital ordering screens, allowing for speedy service, the customisation of hot dishes and instant access to nutritional and allergen information.

Customers can dine in or takeaway, and the restaurant will offer its famous half-price sushi sale 30 minutes before closing every day, helping to eliminate food waste.
