Portugal will be looking to keep their hopes of qualifying for the 2022 World Cup alive when they face Turkey in their play-off semi-final on Thursday evening at the Estadio do Dragao in Porto.

Whatever happens in each semi-final, at least one of the two big-name international footballing powerhouses will miss out on joining the likes of England, Germany and Spain at the finals later this year. Considering Manchester United star Ronaldo is now 37, this could represent his last chance to play in a World Cup and lift the trophy for the first time.
