Holly Willoughby's 'ritual' revealed days before This Morning return as she tells fans 'I'm going to surrender'

Holly Willougby has told her fans that she's 'going to surrender' after her ritual was revealed before her planned return to This Morning. The presenter has spent several weeks off-air as she enjoyed her usual break away from the ITV daytime show over the summer.

Holly, 42, was last seen on the ITV daytime programme on July 6 and some viewers were left surprised by her sudden exit as it came with no warning or the usual fanfare of hosting an extra episode during the final week.

But the TV star has spent the last eight weeks enjoying spending quality time with her husband Dan Baldwin and their three children - Harry, Belle and Chester - and was spotted soaking up the sun during that time in Portugal, her usual choice of holiday destination.

And while her TV return isn't expected until next week, she has been keeping her hand in some work with her wellness brand. Each week, Holly pens her own Wylde Moon newsletter which is sent out to her subscribers.

And her latest message reflected on how the lack of summer weather in the UK has left her heading into the autumn season early. "Right, I’ve just had my first Pumpkin Spiced Latte," she started by writing. "Admittedly it was an iced one, but it didn’t feel at all weird! I’m already excited for the seasons changing.

"Weather-wise in the UK, it hasn’t been a scorcher, and whilst part of me doesn’t want to give up on it completely, there’s definitely something that’s pulling me towards getting cosy. It just goes to show that whether we think are or not, our bodies are aligned to the seasons. We naturally feel that pull, which I actually find quite comforting."
