Hidden city-wide street art trail of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles unveiled
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (TMNT) artwork was unveiled in Manchester after a new trail has been released for the upcoming TMNT: Mutant Mayhem film. The art trail has paintings of Leonardo, Donatello, Rafael and Michelangelo hidden across the city in uniquely created artwork.
It lands in time for the release of the TMNT movie on Monday, July 31 as well as the summer holidays giving younger fans a chance to find all of the paintings on the trail in one chance. Each site of a painting will come with a QR code that if scanned, will show a map of where the murals are painted and provides the user with extra TMNT content.

The paintings were created by a team of six artists who are part of a group called ‘Blank Walls’. The group has collaborated with big corporations such as NBA, YouTube and Amazon creating mural projects.
The TMNT artwork was led by Woskerski, Brezaux, Captain Kris, Oust, Reves and Sidok that took the group a total of 192 hours to complete the murals and around 450 cans of paint. The artwork will feature the four turtles doing what they do best including eating pizza, skateboarding and performing tricks with their weapons and fighting styles.

The murals will be up until Tuesday, August 15 with the display at the Exchange Square tram stop only being on display until Friday, August 8.
