Curry lovers can learn to cook authentic Indian food at Zouk Tea Bar & Grill

One of Manchester's vibrant Indian restaurants has launched its very own cooking classes so that everyone can learn how to make its delicious dishes.

Zouk Tea Bar & Grill's Cookery School is where curry lovers can come along and learn a thing or two from its expert chefs.

With so many people enjoying Zouks food so much, the team was keen to share its passion for creating mouth-watering Indian and Pakistani cuisine. And no matter what your level of cooking ability might be, Zouk promises you’ll leave with all the know-how you need.

The courses cover everything from British favourite mains and making chapatti or samosa starters, to Southern Indian specials and August's masterclass - BBQ.

The BBQ Masterclass on August 5 teaches some of the popular dishes from Zouk's à la carte menu. Attendees will learn how to make six grill dishes, two summer salads and two classic accompanying sauces, alongside learning about spices and traditional flavourings and receiving tips and tricks from the chefs for creating perfect hand-formed Seekh Kebabs at home and how to make its delicious Chicken Tikka starter.

So come along on to hone your skills and wow your friends and family with an authentic feast made at home.

Created to teach curry enthusiasts how to recreate some of Zouk’s favourite dishes at home, each half-day class comes with hands-on tuition and step-by-step instructions.

Starting at 10am with a welcome drink of desi chai and an introduction from your tutors, you will learn a selection of dishes which have been carefully chosen so that students get an idea of the tastes and properties of key herbs and spices that will infuse in each dish. This can vary slightly from course to course but generally includes two starters, two main
