Haas 2022 car: Mick Schumacher reacts to new-look machinery for upcoming season
Haas has become the first Formula 1 team to give an idea of what their 2022 car is going to look like, with a digital rendering being revealed by the team across their social media channels on Friday.
The 2022 season sees a host of new regulations and rules come into place and it’s set to potentially shake-up the running order that has seen Mercedes largely dominate since 2014.
Certainly, Haas will be hoping that ’22 can be a better year for them compared to 2021, where they effectively decided against developing their car at all last season in order to focus on the upcoming changes.
The hope has to be, then, that that decisison to put all their resources into their 2022 car is going to pay off and drivers Mick Schumacher and Nikita Mazepin will be hoping for that to happen in particular.
Schumacher has taken to Twitter to share some images of the new car for 2022, too, and it’s obvious he’s excited to be looking at what he’s going to be driving in the coming months – he’ll just hope it has the speed to get him up the running order and challenging for points:
