Gutted Rangers supremos suffer front row seat to ultimate Celtic party trick as brutal fan chant underlines woe

Heartbroken Rangers directors were subjected to the utter humiliation of a front row seat to watching jubilant Celtic supporters doing the huddle right in front of their faces.

Rangers punters were left aghast as Philippe Clement suffered a third consecutive defeat at Celtic Park as they sunk to a 3-0 loss, and the natives were itching to rub in the salt over a yet another victorious derby for the Hoops. Celtic were too good on the pitch and were lording over their rivals in the stands with punters expecting a 13th title in 14 seasons to arrive in the coming months. John Bennett once talked up a 'best in class' mindset but that is not washing with supporters.

And a late fan chant, perhaps, underlined Rangers' role as the punchline in the eyes of their biggest rivals. Cries of 'f*** you Aberdeen, we're going to win the league' was heard 24 hours after Dons fans shouted loud after making it four wins out of four with a last-gasp win over Ross County. Rangers sit five points behind Celtic and Aberdeen after four games.
