Gustaf Lagerbielke gets brutal Celtic red card reaction from Feyenoord punters as Holm subject of Monty Python troll

Gustaf Lagerbielke and Odin Thiago Holm both receieved brutal Celtic red card reactions from the Feyenoord home support - with a Monty Python twist.

The crowd inside De Kuip were ramping the noise up to fever-pitch as the Hoops duo both got their marching orders in the second half of Tuesday's Champions League Group E match. Calvin Stengs put Arne Slot's men ahead and Alireza Jahanbakhsh's winner in the 2-0 success came after Brendan Rodgers watched his men reduced from 11 to nine.

Lagerbielke was sent off for a second booking that resulted in a penalty that goalkeeper Joe Hart saved. But footage from Groundhopper FC shows the ENTIRE stadium taunting the young Swedish defender as he left the pitch, with the Monty Python tune 'Always Look on the Bright Side of Life' blared from all sides. Footage also shows an old-school cheerio wave was also put on in its thousands by the hyped-up Feyenoord fans.

Holm was also subject to the treatment but it was on full display during Lagerbielke's dismissal in particular. Both men will now miss Celtic's first home clash in Europe this season with Lazio, who drew 1-1 in the other Group E game.
