Green eyed Rangers diehards seethe at Ibrox shambles but it's not all smiles for Hotline Celtic punters

Celtic's lack of action in the transfer market and Rangers’ lack of progress in getting Ibrox ready for the new season meant there was no lack of fuel to fire the Hotline .

Gers fans are furious at the stadium cock-up, which will see at least the first month of their campaign spent away from home. And rival fans got their tuppence worth in too. Could he tell us when they are going to spend some of it as they seem to be struggling to afford £6m for Adam Idah or Paulo Bernardo or indeed anybody else. At least the authorities have changed the rules
